On Christmas Eve, we had a wonderful little celebration with the Lams. We ate, took family pictures, opened presents, and enjoyed the loud celebration from the kids.
Danny took our family photo and I think he did an awesome job. That man has a few too many talents!
We had to wake the boys up on Christmas morning because we just couldn't. wait. any. longer. Now that I think of it, this may be the last year we ever have to do that! We'll be beginning for more sleep in the years to come, I'm sure! My Dad was able to over in the morning and we saw my mom the day after.
We had a bit of a hard afternoon with Rowan. Christmas can be so overwhelming for little ones, especially if they're not used to getting presents all the time! We sent Rowan to Nana Renee's house for the afternoon and that made everyone take a breather and feel much better. We met them for a yummy Christmas dinner of Indian food, our best Christmas tradition yet!
It was a fun, overwhelming, happy, crazy day!
